Life

Salim Çağrı Öztoksoy is not only an artist or a successful businessman, but also a proud father to 3 beautiful children; Balım (2009), Biricik Mika (2010) and Ali Deniz (2021).

Lots and lots can fit in 28 years. But not everyone can gain life changing experience from it. Some people never know the meaning of terms like “giving up”, “getting bored”, “backing down” etc… Çağrı Öztoksoy is one of them.

Born and raised in İstanbul. But when it comes to education, he decided what is best and followed his passion. He set his route and headed off to Ankara. He studied Graphic Design at Ankara Bilkent University, Fine Arts Department and successfully graduated with honors in 1993. Subsequently, he went to Frankfurt for desktop publishing training, and then in London studied high-end post production.

Once he got back, he worked both for leading national and international companies. In 1994, he started working at Turkey’s prominent TV channel ATV. During his 7 years of service, he held different titles like Graphic Designer, Promo Director, Post-Production Supervisor, Flame Artist , Brand Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, Set Designer and Technology Consultant. When he left ATV, he decided to transform the experience he accumulated as Head of Art and Creative Director, and took up a new challenge in the advertising and brand communication sector by founding Dreambox.

As a result of his 30 years of experience, he keeps on dreaming and making dreams come true by doing amazing projects with the Dreambox family.

If you ask anyone he worked with or for about the main drive of extraordinary results, you’ll probably get the same answer; his taste for challenges. If he sees even a glimmer of light coming through the smallest gap of a door, he holds nothing back until the door is fully open.

What keeps his ideas and projects so fresh? The answer is “30 years of experience and an amateur soul full of passion.”

Similar to his experience his hobbies are also pretty diverse. He enjoys painting, contemporary arts, sports fishing, cooking and playing ice hockey.
